I actually did a bit of modification to use what I had on hand. I used Fish sauce instead of the boulion and doubled tripled the recipe so that the filets were submerged in the marinate. I also cooked them on the gas grill and set the temp to medium. I turned them frequently and brushed them with the left over marinate as they cooked. They were delicious.
