This recipe has real potential! We really liked it for the most part, but agreed that next time we make it, we will cut back on the oregano. It was a bit overpowering. The glaze is delicious and could be used on chicken, or even salmon. I baked it, but will try grilling it next time. But it was really good, and easy, in the oven.Will definitely make this again while tempering the oregano.

Made it twice. First time with apricot, second with peach and both times delicious!!!!
