This was good with lots of extra lemon juice and a little extra Dijon and salt. It tastes like a spring green smoothie. I used an entire bag of mustard greens and 3 cups of spinach. I used garbanzo beans instead of white beans and used 1 can of coconut milk. Always add more garlic.
