Did not like this but it may have tasted better if I had used a grapefruit vs grapefruit juice. Did not add water since using juice. Used fresh pineapple vs frozen. Only added 1 stalk of celery heart since I do not care for an overpowering celery flavor. I didn’t find this tart at all but instead bland. I added a sprig of mint & half an avocado to improve texture & flavor so I could somewhat enjoy it.
