Description
Four ingredients and 20 minutes is all that stands between you and this delicious green olive tapenade. The olives are paired with salty anchovies, briny capers, and bold garlic for a dish that is bursting with flavor. Try this as a dip with crackers or sliced vegetables, a spread on a sandwich, or add a spoonful to a salad for an extra kick.

- 500 grams pitted green olives
- 8 anchovy fillets (in oil)
- 6 tsp. capers
- 1 garlic clove

Directions
- Shred the olives (several times) and the remaining ingredients in a food processor fitted with the blade. Mix more or less fine according to your taste. If the tapenade seems a little bit dry, add a little bit of olive oil at the end. Mix well. Serve with bread sticks or toasted baguette slices. Will keep in the refrigerator in an airtight container for a few days.
