- 3/4 cup curds (fresh, dahi, mixed with 1/2 cup water)

- 3 Tbsp. coconut (grated fresh)
- 4 garlic (lehsun cloves)
- 2 tsp. coriander (dhania seeds)
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds (jeera)

- 2 tsp. poppy seeds (khus-khus)
- 7 whole red chillies (dry kashmiri, broken into pieces)
- 2 tsp. ghee (for greasing)
