It turned out well, but the instructions are lacking. Chop up the green onion and push it into the egg/cheese mixture after you’ve spread it on the pastry. Another pro tip: Before the pastry dough thaws, slide some wax paper between the folds to you have an easier time unrolling it. It thaws in about 1.5hrs, which isn’t mentioned in the instructions either.
