- 1 Tbsp. rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1 tsp. chilli flakes (dried red)
- 1 onion (roughly chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (finely grated)
- 5 cms fresh root ginger (piece, peeled and finely grated)
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 5 tsp. ground turmeric
- 5 tsp. sea salt
- 400 grams green lentils (cans, drained and rinsed)
- 400 grams chopped tomatoes (cans)
- 1 stock cube (vegetable, crumbled, a stock pot will work too)
- 25 grams fresh coriander (roughly chopped)
- 1 handful spinach (optional)
- mango chutney (to serve)
- 300 grams self raising flour (plus extra for dusting)
- 75 tsp. sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 175 grams yoghurt (fat free Greek style plain)
