- 1 cup parsley (chopped and tightly packed, roughly one large bunch)
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 Tbsp. kelp powder (optional)
- 1 tsp. sea salt
