- 1/2 cup tahini (4 ounces by volume)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (4 ounces by volume, fresh or bottled)
- 1/2 cup Italian parsley leaves (flat)
- 1 tsp. salt (I use kosher)
- 1/4 tsp. cumin seed (ground)
- 1/4 cup olive oil (2 ounces by volume, plus more to drizzle over the serving bowl)
