- 1/2 cup bamboo shoots (sliced, and canned, drained)
- 3 Tbsp. green curry paste
- 2 kaffir lime leaves (or 1, 3 inch lime peel)
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 12 oz. rice noodles (flat, cooked)
