My entire family loved these, even the picky eaters. I will definitely make them again.

I made this for our family which consists of a couple picky eaters and everyone liked it! It was really delicious! It was packed with flavor and also so healthy! I did add a slice of cheese to the top of the patties. I’ll definitely be making this again!!

Great flavor and very moist. I didn't have cilantro but I added some Sargento 4 Cheese Mexican. Will definitely be making again.

Easy and good!!!
Would definitely make again
Used cayenne pepper instead of chili powder for a little more kick

loved it! I never add salt to keep the sodium down, the meat held together pretty well but might add an egg next time. Made bigger patties than recommend due to shrinkage - got 7 burgers out of 1 lb odf turkey with nice size patties. They are spicy!!

Great recipe! I thought the burgers might turn out a bit dry, but they’re moist. There’s not a thing I’d change about the recipe. I served it on a bed of greens with some red onion and tomato and a side of homemade fries. Yum!

I used Hatch green chiles and added a bit more garlic salt and they were amazing! Definitely hit the spot.

These are wonderful. I took from other reviews and chose to add an egg. I also chose to saute the onion and 1 clove garlic just a bit and add the seasonings to that. Probably an unnecessary step but I don’t care for raw onion and adding heat to seasonings really livens them. I also let this mixture cool before adding to the other mixture. Because I added the egg it felt like it wasn’t going to hold up at all so I added some breadcrumbs. Next time I will probably leave out the egg and only add breadcrumbs. These additions maintained a great flavor and weren’t dry. Also, I’m not one for spice and I didn’t find these spicy at all.
Will definitely be making these again
UPDATE: I followed the recipe exactly but added an egg. They were great!

turned out very good. actually cooked them on my George Foreman to alleviate any grease/oil.

Best turkey burgers ever. Subbed 4 oz for hot chili peppers. Rolled in almond flour and sautéed before baking.

I followed others advice to put in an egg as a binder, and it definitely helped, but the burgers were still difficult to keep together. Overall, taste was pretty good but the burgers were difficult to work with.

Awesome, even without tge chike peppers. Egg was added to the patties for more texture when cooking. kudos!

So good ! I added one egg and made it for 8 servings instead of 4 as I cook for my mom too !

Delish. I added one egg as a binder. I also added garlic chili sauce rather than chili powder. This added a touch more heat.

I realized at the last minute that I did not have chilis, so I used diced jarred jalapenos instead. It added some heat, but not too much. I meant to add more cumin and chili powder like the other reviews suggested, but forgot. That would have made it taste even better. I also had a handful of fresh mushrooms that needed to be used so I diced and added those too. I served the patties with navy beans and a salad. It was winner and I look forward to making it again with the chilis and a few more adjustments.

Good but they kind of fell apart... I’m not sure if maybe they were missing a binder or something they were still yummy though! I added a tsp of cayenne pepper and a whole onion instead of half. Served on whole grain flat bread with broccoli tots. Next time I’m not going to use salt, half the cumin and put it into a meat loaf pan. I think these would be delightful with some tzatziki sauce.

Very good and an easy quick meal; topped with cheese, tomato, and avocado; will make again

Loved the flavor I used bacon drippings to cook in cast iron skillet. I don’t have a grill. They turned out great.
