This is a great recipe! Husband said it was a keeper. I did add 2 jalapeños instead of one since we like spicy food and a little cayenne pepper. We had it over cauliflower rice. Yum!

Just looking at it on the stove, I really wasn’t sure I was going to like it. One taste proved me wrong. My husband and I both had seconds.

Made it for my parents and they loved it! this will definitely be one I'll make again! No modifications
