Deliciously easy recipe that the entire family loved. I made a few adjustments though. 1: Used frozen green beans instead of canned. 2: Used precut frozen redskinned potatoes that were already seasonsed with olive oil and garlic. Add salt and pepper and... Perfect!

I loved it! And so did my mom. I would definitely make this again sometime. Better than I would have expected
