Home grown zucchini, Parsley and shallots in abundance, so this recipe was a great inspiration.
Tasty and served with Christmas ham.

Loved it. Served with turkey zucchini meatballs in a flatbread with tzatziki sauce. Don't be too stringent on the amounts of zucchini or olives. Use what you have.

Easy recipe! Loved the flavor. Added basil because like the zucchini, we have a ton of it… very very tasty… will definitely make again
