They turned out very well! Definitely had to cook them hotter than the recipe says though

Really good. more sense than expected but really good. i think next time instead of straight parsley I'll do a mix of fresh mint or dill or all three. I dipped it in homemade Tzatziki sauce.

Needed more flour but once i figured out how to fry them right, they were really good
