- 3 lb. chicken pieces (I used dark meat but I’m sure chicken breasts would be delicious, just try to keep things a similar size for even cooking)
- 1 container greek yogurt (mine was 5.3 oz.)
- 1 lemon (or half if you don’t like a strong lemon flavor)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh thyme (chopped, I used lemon thyme because that’s what I had)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt (+ a little for sprinkling)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper (+ a little for sprinkling)

i thought it was going to taste good but when I removed it from the oven I was dissapointed. I wouldnt allow my husband to taste it. I guess it wasnt for me.

I added a bit of honey to compliment the acidity of the lemon a bit, and also added a clove of fresh minced garlic, but that was my first time making this and it was SO GOOD! Amazing!
