- 1 Tbsp. agave nectar (honey, or truvia, truvia is the best choice for 21 day Fix)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. powdered peanut butter (whipped, natural or PB2, use more if you have room for the day with your containers)

Not worth it for a yellow swap on the 21 day fix. . . Oatmeal was not worth it either. Better with fruit (purple) and nuts ( blue). Peanut butter was a must.
