Well, we shall see. I’m not in my own kitchen. I made it for a camping trip. I did add some basil instead of thyme also a scallion and extra garlic (4 cloves) ran out of lemon so I used 1/2 a lemon and 1/2 lime and a couple T of olive oil. And I had no zester so I used a vegetable peeler and minced ha! Should be delicious.
