- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 pinch salt
- 14 oz. 2% plain Greek yogurt
- 16 oz. cream cheese (I used reduced fat, room temperature)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 lemon (medium sized, only use the yellow, no white)
- 3/4 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed, from about 3 oranges)
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 cups fresh blueberries (frozen can substituted, if using frozen increase cornstarch to 1½ tablespoons)
- 1 tsp. grated lemon zest (finely)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
