Absolutely delicious! It's by far the best almond flour cake. Don't be afraid to add a few drops of extra vanilla.
It turned out very moist, fluffy and creamy.
It's pretty small though. I used half a cup of regular stevia powder instead of the glycerite.
Really people, get in the kitchen ASAP and bake this.

This wasn't my husbands favorite but my son and I thought it was very good. It wasn't too sweet with a delicious citrus flavor.
