- 3 Tbsp. sugar substitute (Granulated, Swerve, Monkfruit, or a sweetener that subs 1:1 for sugar)
- 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt (or 1/4 tsp table salt)
- 3/4 cup fat free greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. light butter (I used Land O' Lakes with Canola)
- 1 large egg yolk (for brushing the tops before baking)
