I made a double recipe since I was making a large pasta dish. It curdled some, but honestly, I don't see that being totally avoidable and it didn't spoil the integrity of the dish. Very tasty! I would definitely make it again!

The sauce curdled and it doesn’t say how long to simmer:( for beginners this seems a bit hard... still tastes good though.

Made this for dinner and it came out really good! Was realy skeptical about the yogurt at first, but it tasted just as good as regular alfredo sauce, if not better. And it's healthier too.

Delicious! light and tart--used a blend of olive oil and butter, and instead of wine used the finished pasta water and a splash of lemon juice. Perfect shrimp alfredo.
