I added 1/2 tsp eco baking powder, just to make sure they turn out fluffy - and they did. Wonderful recipe, tasty pancakes! (I used freegrange eggs, that explains the dark-yellow-ish color :))

I added cinnamon and honey to the mix. It came out very nice! Best pancakes I've ever had
