- 9 medjool dates (pitted)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. sea salt
- 3 cups Greek yoghurt (Chobani, I use the 2% kind)
- 500 grams cream cheese (softened)
- 1 Tbsp. extract (vanilla bean)
- 3 passionfruit
- 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 cups icing (mixture, I used low GI cane icing mixture)
- 4 tsp. powdered gelatin
- 1/3 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup icing (mixture)
- 3 raspberries (punnets)
