- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 bread crumbs (generous cup, I make my own with stale bread)
- 1 Tbsp. rosemary (fresh minced)
- 12 Greek olives (marinated, pitted and finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- cracked black pepper (lots of fresh)
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (finely)
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 lemon
- 2 artichokes (large, I used Frieda's purple Fiore Viola)
