Not bad, but the liquid didn’t have time to flavor the meat. Hints of paprika and lemon from the slices.
I’d recommend marinating the steak and onions overnight then searing it. Pour any pan juices back in the marinade bag and shake the potatoes in it. Cook those then put everything in the oven.
