  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)

  • 1/2 cup olive oil (you could use up to 1 cup olive oil but I didn't want that much fat)

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic (pressed)
