Delicious! This has quickly become a family favourite...with an abundance of fresh cherry tomatoes from the garden, this is the perfect way to use them. It is simple but impressive for friends coming for dinner and I have been asked for the recipe many times now. I serve it with some basmati rice and baguette....simple but delicious!
