  • 2 English cucumbers (halved lengthwise then sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta (fried according to directions above)
  • 1 bottle dressing (Trader Joe's Greek Style Feta, my favorite easy alternative to making it)
  • 5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
