- 1 jar pitted olives (Kalamata, halved)
- 2 English cucumbers (halved lengthwise then sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh oregano leaves
- 4 oz. crumbled feta (fried according to directions above)
- 1 btl. dressing (Trader Joe's Greek Style Feta, my favorite easy alternative to making it)
- 5 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 10 Tbsp. light olive oil
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta
