Very nice even if I couldn't reduce it down completely. Replaced chopped tomatoes with mashed butternut squash (as cooking for nightshade allergy sufferer) and added a little apple cider vinegar for acidity. Bulked out the mince with green lentils and mushrooms. Really worth using the whole spices.
