I love Greek potatoes and these were sooo good! I had them with garlic rosemary lamb chops. I used the “Little Potatoes” pre-washed potatoes bag. I cut them in half so that the sauce penetrated the potatoes. Easy and yummy!

Turned out great. Took the foil off and low broil to crisp up a bit. We ate the whole pan

Nice - I boiled my potatoes in lemon infused water first - then marinate in lemon mix before oven

Was missing the Greek potatos from a place I used to work, as close as I've tasted! Thank you for the great recipe. Also I made them in a dutch oven on the stove instead of heating up the house :)
