If you buy crushed garlic, then it is a super easy recipe. But making 3 tablespoons of garlic was 2 bulbs and it does take a while.

I really enjoyed this meal. Next time I make it, I will use the mixture for my potatoes. I think it will give it the added flavor I like. I also am going to add more lemon because it wasn’t enough for me.
