It was a great recipe, just not familiar with the combination of eggs in broth as a soup.

Tasty! Basically glorified chicken noodle soup. I'd like to try and add a veggie if I make this again. Also not the best as leftovers, as the noodles absorbed some of the broth in the fridge.
