I love avgolemono soup. I've made countless versions of it, and I loved each and every one of them. This one is lovely with its silkiness from rice and heartiness from carrots and celery. Wonderfully comforting.

This was the most amazing soup! My whole family ate it. It was so comforting, just everything we love in a soup! Yum!

Really good, though it took longer to make than stated. Adding organic rotisserie chicken was the easiest part of the recipe. Preparation (chopping veg) took the longest, plus the cook time in between made the whole process about 75-80 minutes. I also traded organic orzo for rice and added diced shallots with the initial vegetable sautee, in addition to the garlic and green onions. Overall, easy but time consuming, especially for someone like me who doesn't cook (or like to) that often!

Great! I blended the carrot, celery, and onion before adding the rice and it turned out great!
