This is amazing. Unfortunately, Yummly's website scraper doesn't play well with The Guardian and makes the ingredient list look insane. You can safely ignore anything below
'200 grams greek yogurt (optional)'
I've made it a few times now and it also works especially well with goat shoulder (preferably on the bone and cut into 2-3 wide strips).
