I loved this one. Generally raw dishes with broccoli are a little rugged. But the day after this is made, the dressing breaks down the broccoli a little bit as if it is marinated. I added six cloves of garlic since we are garlic lovers. This gets better as time goes on. Easy, healthy, and
tasty, too!
