- 3 tomatoes (desseeded and diced)

- 1/2 Spanish onion (red, peeled and finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves (optional)

Wish the sauce had a bit more flavor, surprised I didn’t see mint instead of parsley.

really enjoyed it. used low fat yoghurt and a lot less cucumber (are u.s. cucumbers a lot smaller?!). i added stuffed vineleaves to make it a bit of an occassion.

Tzaziki sauce was abit too "cheesy" to our liking. Added a handful of fresh mint or dill if you prefer, to the sauce. Overall good recipe!

Was I the only one who thought the recipe was a bit involved, as opposed to a simple meal? But the time and prep was worth it! Delicious recipe, it was perfect!
