- 175 oz. all purpose flour (or 500 grams)
- 250 mL lukewarm water
- 5 oz. fresh yeast (or 15 grams, or 0,17 ounces, 5 grams dry yeast)
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 5 oz. sesame seeds (or 150 grams, for coating)

Directions
- Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water, if using dry yeast wait for it to foam.
- In a stand mixer with the dough hook attached, add all your ingredients, including the water with the yeast in the mixer bowl.
- Mix in medium to low speed for a few minutes until the mixture turns into a nice firm ball of dough that doesn't stick to the sides of the bowl.
