My 2nd time round cooking this but I decided to exclude the bacon this time. It was so delicious.

This is a hearty and warming dish the flavours go so nice. This is one of our families favourite go to recipes in the colder months of the year.

One of my go to recipes. Tasty, warming, goes down well with all the family. Changes i make are to use maple & bacon sausages (Lidl) and pop in the oven at 180c so the sauce renders nicely, and the maple gives a deep smokey taste, also no need to have extra bacon :) I also add a cheap tin of rinsed out baked beans. Goes will with courgette and pea fritters or tater tots :)
