I added the usual suspects...garlic, onion, red pepper flakes and kale and tripled the sauce minus the extra agave. Recipes seem to always be stingy with sauce and I could have made even more. It's a good idea to let the garlic and ginger sit in the liquids for a while before you dress the salad and then let the mixture soak up all of the juices for at least 30 min. Great mixed with arugula too.
