- 3 lb. beef cubes (I bought steak and chopped it into cubes, but many stores chop them up for you)
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1/2 sweet onion
- 4 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. paprika (your choice)
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 3 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 3 cups purple grapes (when juiced = 1 cup of juice)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut flour (I like the Nutiva Organic brand)
- 2 cups carrots (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. coconut milk
