    I make this salad every summer and keep a fresh bowl in the refrigerator constantly. I use sour cream (light) in place of the milk, vinegar and mayo. It will be thick at first and then will pull the water out of the cucumber so that it is smooth and not think. Grab an Heirloom tomato, slice and add the cucumber and you have a light lunch salad. Delish!
