- 3/4 cup dry white wine (or cooking)

Directions
- In 5 quart sauce pan over medium heat, in hot olive oil, cook onion and garlic until tender, stirring occasionally,
- Stir in tomatoes with their liquid, wine, and basil; over high heat, heat to boiling.
- Add shrimp, and heat until cooked, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
