- 2 Tbsp. tapioca flour (or sub arrowroot or corn starch, you can also cook without the flour)
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning

- 1 dash salt
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas (or 1 can)
