- 1 cup sugar (I use organic evaporated cane juice)
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- frosting
- 5 Tbsp. butter (I think cream cheese would work well, too)
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. boiling water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
