My Grandma Carter (Helen) would make these muffins and the whole family loved them. I now make them today. Delicious! The beauty to these muffins. They can be stored for 6 week in the refrigerator. Made as desired... Enjoy these delicious muffins...
Ingredients

- 15 oz. raisin bran (cereal)
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 1 qt. buttermilk (I personally substitute milk w/vinegar = buttermilk)
- 5 cups flour
- 5 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. salt

Directions
- Mix bran, sugar, flour, soda, and salt in a very large bowl.
- Mix beaten eggs, oil and buttermilk in another bowl
- Add beaten eggs, oil, and buttermilk mixer to dry ingredients. Mix well.
