- 1/2 cup farinha de mandioca (Otto’s)
- 1/2 cup almond flour (NOT Almond Meal, it’s too coarse)
- 1 1/4 cups gluten free flour (Mix, I used Bob’s Red Mill Paleo blend)
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 2/3 cup raisins (or currents)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup plain yogurt (dairy-free, I used Kite Hill’s but you could use Coyo’s too)
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil (or 6 Tbls ghee, I tried both and either works well!)
