- 1/3 cup coconut flour (slightly rounded)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded or chopped, or favorite variety of cheese)
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp. salt (I like Real Salt)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder (aluminum free)
- 4 Tbsp. fat (butter, coconut oil, bacon grease - I use bacon grease.)
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 diced onion
- 1/2 cup mushrooms (cooked, chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped, or basil, or 1/2 tsp dried)
