    Made these last night and they turned out quite tasty. They were flexible like a tortilla, but resembled (to me) more of a flatbread rather than a tortilla. I used a tortilla press, however had to take care to not make them too thin. When too thin it was impossible to peel off the parchment paper. I do have to say they did not satisfy my craving for a flour tortilla. The search continues...
